Our community is our home! We are committed to being involved and giving back to the community that supports us. Each year we partner with organizations in the Chippewa Valley to help kids and families who need a little extra help. Through the generosity of our staff, patients, and community residents we are able to do this.
Eyes for Supplies
For many years we have hosted a Back to School Event in August to help families in need of school supplies. In 2023 we decided to switch things up a bit. This is the second year we donated directly to 3 schools so teachers could help the kids in their classrooms directly with supplies, clothes, food, or any other needs necessary.
With the help from CCF Bank, River Prairie Wealth Partners, Independent Vision Group, Eau Claire LASIK, and Martin Dental we donated $2,000 to each of the Altoona, Elk Mound, and Fall Creek school districts!
We feel honored to be able to help so many families in our community have a great start to the school year!
Visions of Warmth
An annual event where we collect and purchase warm weather gear to be donated to the Eau Claire Closet for those less fortunate. We begin collecting donations each year at the end of October through November. We accept monetary donations to purchase items, or you can purchase items and drop them off at the store. We will also gladly accept gently used clothing. The donation will be made on December 1 so the kids can have their warm items before the weather gets too cold.

Visionary Voucher
Each year, every employee is allowed to give away two pairs of glasses to those in need.
Frames Collection
Do you have an old pair of glasses lying around that you don’t use? Drop them off at our store, and we will donate them to the local Lions Club. When eye doctors take mission trips to other less fortunate countries, they bring an assortment of glasses with them to provide those in need with a pair of eyeglasses. Their goal is to help as many people as they can achieve clear vision.
