If you are not 100% satisfied with your glasses, we offer a 30-day exchange and return policy from the day you receive your order. See details below.

Eyeglasses or sunglasses: We are happy to take back your prescription eyewear for one exchange or full refund, within 30 days of receipt of the initial item. If you are still not 100% satisfied with your glasses, we offer a 50% refund. 

​Please note: prescription lenses are a custom product made just for you and we cannot take back frames and lenses after 30 days from the initial purchase. We reserve the right to limit subsequent purchases after refunds or exchanges.

Contact Lenses: We offer free exchange or refund of unopened boxes within 30 days of your receipt of the contact lenses. 

90 Day Rx Change Guarantee

If you feel your prescription is not satisfactory within the first 90 days after receiving your glasses and/or contacts and you contact us for a prescription check with the Doctor and they change your prescription, we will remake your lenses at no cost to you. 

1 Year Frame and Lens Warranty

Our office offers a 1 year manufacturer warranty on all of our frames that will cover defects or imperfections not caused by improper use of the glasses.  Lenses also have a 1 year, one time use scratch and defect warranty.  Should your lenses incur a scratch or have any imperfections in your first year we will order you new lenses at no additional cost.  

Glasses are not indestructible. Our loving fur babies think they make great chew toys, and accidents do happen. For this reason our office offers a one time 50% discount on damaged glasses to get replacement lenses and frames. Turn in your original broken pair for this discount. This offer is only valid one year from the purchase date. *Excludes Maui Jim and Oakley sunglasses. These companies have their own warranties.
